This is the second chicken shop I try and it is spacious there, clean, nice and the staff so friendly. When I was clicking on the screens to make the order, one friendly young man of the staff came up to me and told me to tell him if I needed any help. The food was amazing, the chips and the chicken burger. I will be back next time I visit London.

Started eating my sandwich only to notice pink spots through out it. Very unfortunate as a place specializing in chicken should be efficient and accurate when cooking their chicken to ensure it is white all the way though — any other than that puts me at risk of salmonella so I had to trash it —wasted 10 pounds UPDATE: I returned to the shop and showed them the photos. They were kind about it and offered me a new sandwich or a refund, I went with refund as I had lost my appetite. They were kind about it and explained how they double fry to try and prevent that but sometimes it falls through the cracks. Improved my review as amazing customer service response

Stopped here for a quick bite. Shop is nicely located in baker Street, very clean and food is nice. The fries were the best and crispiest.

I had the pleasure of being served by Abdul, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and walked me through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. His service really adds warmth to the visit and gives the place a welcoming vibe.

It was my first try and I really liked the food. Environment was clean and Abdul helped us for our order and he showed us best sellers. Lovely experience! I would definitely visit again.
