Food is delicious and service was great , especially manager Saqib Ahmed. Highly recommend. Update: Service is good depending on the day. Girl packing the food could do a better job, packs your food side ways so it could spill open and didn't give any utensils , sauce, or napkins. I guess packing my food was too much of a bother for her ?

My son and I went to Texas Fried Chicken & Burgers on Hillside Ave after a festival. We wanted to dine in, but our food was packed to go. When we asked for a plate, the young lady at the counter mocked us, repeating “plate” in a sarcastic way. We ended up eating out of a chicken container. While we ate, she kept spraying cleaner near our table, and when I asked her to stop, she gave us dirty looks and acted rude. We were also short on biscuits and had to ask twice. The whole experience felt uncomfortable — we were the only Black customers there, and it felt like we were being treated differently. I spoke to the manager, who apologized and said she was new and recently came from India and would be properly trained. Still, the experience left a bad taste. I don’t think we’ll be going back.

$6 Loaded fries should not be this little. Very disappointed with just 3/4 small chicken chunks 😢
