I had the best experience at Steak & Company (Gloucester Road), truly a 10/10 from start to finish. The food, atmosphere, and service were all exceptional. The chilli garlic prawns were an absolute standout: packed with flavour, perfectly cooked, and easily a 10/10. The steak was incredible as well, perfectly seasoned, beautifully cooked, and the butter on top was pure perfection. What impressed me even more was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive to my allergies, making sure everything was completely sesame-free and checking in throughout the meal to ensure I felt safe and comfortable. The only downside I’d say is the ventilation, is a little poor therefore you leave the restaurant smelling of the food. I genuinely can’t wait to visit again. If you’re a steak lover, you 100000% need to check this place out!

I have recently been diagnosed with a dairy allergy, completely new to me, this restaurant were just fantastic from the moment we went in, we had messed up our booking, on an app, no problem! Then they explained exactly what I could have and tailored this prawn dish for me and then made me a gorgeous salad to go with my steak! Super customer service, thank you all so much!

Steak & Company in Gloucester Road is a fantastic joint! Chicken Schnitzel was perfectly crispy & juicy. The Steak fillet on the black stone was tender, flavourful & fun to cook table-side. Best Sticky Toffee Pudding ever! Our host Johan was warm, professional & made our night very special. Cosy vibe, great value – already planning our return!

We chose Steak and Co for a Thursday evening dinner, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, and I especially love the lava stone grilling – it works really well here. My only small disappointment was that grilled corn wasn’t on the menu, as it’s one of my favourite sides with steak. That said, everything we had was very tasty. I also appreciated the service setup: the waiter focuses solely on the tables, while a separate team brings the food out from the kitchen, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and relaxed. The space is spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. I’d happily come back.

We ordered 2 steaks , medium rare. 1 was perfect the other one was well done. They made new , did not eat together , so bad experience. Manager fixed a drink, prosecco on the house. When steak came it was perfect , really nice taste . It was a smelly place from «steak/frying»and that we also got confirmed this morning when we had the same smell in our hotel room/clothes. But managers attitude and their quality of meat makes this all in all good.
