I went to Flesh & Buns with some friends before the theatre and had the £25 express menu - it was so delicious! The menu is really great value and we loved the unlimited bao buns! Such a joy!

We had a wonderful dining experience! Everything we ate was absolutely delicious—full of flavor and beautifully prepared. Our server, Enrika and Chetan, recommended a sake for us to try, and we were really impressed. It paired perfectly with our meal and was a great addition to the evening. Great food, excellent service—we’ll definitely be coming back! All servers are great.

I am angry at myself for not knowing about this place until now! I must have passed by it hundreds of times before. It is such a lovely izakaya-style restaurant, on the lower ground floor (where there is no phone service sadly), with nice staff, and amazing Japanese food. Went there with friends during the week without booking in advance and we had no issues finding a table. They made a mistake with our order, and kindly took one of the dishes off the bill, as well as apologised. It’s definitely going on my favourites list, and I can’t wait to go back.

Incredible food on all visits, especially the pre-show set menu - really great value and delicious. Would recommend the chips (they’re like square deep fried potatoes - delish!) and also the korean fried chicken bao in particular. Don’t particularly care for the graphic imagery in the toilets, think it lets the place down and would be inappropriate for children.
