Tortilla at Westfield London is okay but nothing special. The burritos have way too much rice and not enough flavor to make them tasty. The service is super fast though they make your food right in front of you in like one to three minutes. Prices are fair but I wish the food was more exciting. It’s edible but forgettable."

Staff were polite, everything clean and initially well presented, however, so much juice from salsa that food ended up soggy by the time we sat to eat. In addition to that, about 3 toppings I was offered were all an additional £1 each, so we declined. All I recall is “that’ll be an extra £1” being repeated! Will not eat here again, cannot recommend the tacos!

Tortilla Westfield London is always a great spot for a quick and tasty meal! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served just the way I like it — the burritos and tacos were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and clean, perfect for a casual lunch break while shopping. Definitely one of my go-to spots for Mexican food! 🌯🌮🔥
