AVOID AT ALL COSTS! FOOD POISONING! My experience at Tortilla Stratford was appalling and frankly unacceptable. I ordered burrito bowls, and shortly after eating them, both myself and another person became severely ill. What followed was two full days of intense vomiting and diarrhoea. This was not a mild stomach upset, it was serious food poisoning that completely knocked us out and disrupted our lives. The timing left little doubt in our minds that the food from this location was the cause. Whatever the issue was… poor hygiene, improper food handling, or ingredients that should never have been served, it reflects a complete failure in basic food safety standards. No meal is worth days of misery and illness. I would strongly advise anyone considering eating here to think twice. There are plenty of alternatives in Stratford that do not come with the risk of ending up sick for days. This was an awful experience, and I will not be returning. Disgusting.

I went today to get a burrito bowl, the first lady started making a burrito and then as i said oh sorry i asked for a bowel she kissed her teeth at me and it was really rude and disrespectful, they also got my order wrong and got my order mixed up with someone else’s, as they weren’t communicating properly and then another lady kissed her teeth at me who was working there. I find this behaviour completely unacceptable and disrespectful as a customer.

Staff were super unfriendly and one of them even had some attitude. It’s one thing to hate their job but when it comes to customer service, they should’ve performed better. Will never come back to this location ever again. Do better.

Been here a couple of times, very nice bowls. Had the chicken with beans corriander rice and lettuce!. Tortilla chips are nice, you get different dips with it, Wraps are good too!.
