I love Tortilla, but I had the worst experience in the Richmond store. Unfortunately a female member of the staff was rude to me when trying to take a video of the food for social media (through a glass). She mocked me in front of my boyfriend and other customers. Shocking. I wont be back.

I love Tortilla! I used to go to the Wimbledon one a lot and now I go to the Richmond one. Really tasty. Consistently amazing. If you want a burrito fox, the Tortilla is the place to go!

Customer service is absolutely appalling. The staff are blunt and rude, and not willing to help. They give you attitude whilst trying to place an order. Maria did not wrap my burrito properly, everything fell apart once i opened it. there was little to no chicken in the burrito, i had to ask for a bit more. however when i saw the next customer get served, she put a LOT more which was odd. The nachos was VERY nice, however the burrito on the other hand dry and tasteless. would highly recommend you do not go into this branch.
