Can I start with the management of the place or the food? Because both were bloody amazing!! Let’s do food first, the food was absolutely brilliant! The BBQ stickywings = scrumptious! This the place to go to with family and friends! A quick lunch or dinner! Must go! Guarantee you’ll be leaving with a smile. Now management.. wow! I have never seen or met such a wonderful lady! It was my first time visiting there, when the lady approached us she welcomed us in and told us how the system works and the speciality dishes.  I never asked for her name because her face will become rememberable. I have worked in companies who lack professionalism and fail to create a bond with employees. This remarkable woman spoke to her staff as though they were her children! Such love and soft tones were used in several conversations. She created an atmosphere. Myself and my friend did not want to leave but to take our time. In fact, that’s what we had done. They closed for 10pm but we had left 10:30pm, she did not rush us but invited us into her conversations. I could write a lot but you get the image I’m creating. If your swinging by its worth checking yourself in, and see for yourself what it’s like. Showing love from Middlesbrough and Birmingham, hope to see you soon!

I can only imagine it must have been an off night, the staff were hostile and argumentative. The food was rather bland, despite being fairly quiet the order to an age to arrive. I have heard excellent things about this place however my experience was to the contrary, a great shame as I had great expectations.
