I visited Maxi Mini Restaurant in London and were able to find convenient street parking just outside, which was a good start. When we entered, we were the only customers. The waiter greeted us—not with a smile, but still in a friendly manner—and we took our seats. The waitress came over and helpfully explained the menu, which we appreciated. The food, however, was a mixed experience. The lamb ribs were okay but nothing particularly special. The chicken corn soup stood out as quite good and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the crispy duck was underwhelming; we’ve had much better before. The ramen was also disappointing and needs significant improvement. The service was decent and helpful overall, but there’s room for improvement, particularly in paying attention to finer details. Considering its central location not far from Edgware Road, this restaurant has potential but will need to raise its standards to compete effectively in such a competitive area.

Went here today with my husband and had a great time. The food is really tasty. It has a peppery spice to it, which we both really liked. It comes fairly quick and the portions are a good size. The beef was really tender and full of flavour, but my favourite was the chicken. I also highly recommend the hot and sour soup, it was really good and the portion is even big enough for two people to dip in (as a starter) :)

Very nice place in the heart of London … all meats are halal … including beef chicken and duck… we went their three times during August second week with all our gang and loved the place… weather was beautiful and always sat outside … ordered multiple dishes but loved their beef black been sauce , chilli prawns and chicken noodles … quick in service …

Visited twice. By far the best Halal Chinese in London! Situated in a beautiful location, staff is very friendly and polite. We ordered sweet n sour chicken, crispy beef chilli, crispy duck and very delectable deep fried ice cream. Food tasted amazing. 100% recommended!

A bit on expensive side in comparison to the prices and the portion sizes served. Crispy beef didn’t look or taste like beef. We got rice in two different bowls because they ran out of bowls. Even we were only party in restaurant at the time. One of the rice bowl was clearly small. But we were charged as large portion.
