It was our first time trying Daves chicken, we do have one in AZ but we don't live near it. Sarkis was our cashier, she was very friendly and patient with us ordering. She answered all my questions. The place was very well clean, no wait. We loved our food, we will be visiting in AZ.

I think we have been converted into Daves Hot Chicken fanatics after this experience!! Everyone was recommending this and we definitely weren't let down at all. The chicken was delicious - seasoned to perfection and juicy and tender, and the fries were crisp and seasoned as well. The inside was large, staff were friendly, and it's a nice location overall. We would definitely come back!

We tried Dave's hot chicken out for the first time today, and it didn't disappoint, we had the #3 a chicken strip and chicken sandwich with fries for about 13 bucks sadly no drink included. I ordered mild because my fiancé doesn't like too much heat, anyway even though the chicken wasn't as crispy as I prefer, it was juicy and great quality and had a different taste than anything I've tried and I really enjoy it. The chicken sandwich tasted the same as well, and the fries were fresh and crispy. The service was phenomenal and quick with a clean restaurant, but the only thing I wish they had was ranch sauce and mayo or something the sort to balance out the flavors. Anyway, I found that adding the honey packs gave it a sweet kick to the overall flavor, so make sure to try that. Overall, I definitely recommend you try them out, especially if you like spicy or that Cajun taste.

I have had food from here twice. I first time the food was a little on the cold-warm side, but I figured it was due to the five minute walk on a cold day. I just picked up my food from there again. The nuggets and fries are both ice-cold. A truly disgusting issue that will make people sick. My order was placed at 6:35, I got it at about 6:55, and I got back at 7pm. Less than ten minutes after getting the food, I was eating. Tomorrow I'm taking a cross-country flight and knowing that the food I ate was likely sitting out for hours, is going to make my trip fun (sarcasm). And when I say ice-cold, I mean it. The fries and nuggets on the very top were warm, like room-temp, but everything else felt like it was straight from a fridge. Cold to the touch. Not even also warm, which would be fine, but COLD. Tried to call the store, waited through the automated voice, continued on, then it literally told me to hang up. The fact that they don't seem to care about serving food that can make people very sick is a major health hazard. If I become sick from the food I ate today, I will make sure that people are aware it was fully this store's fault.

I never thought I’d ever go to a restaurant where they treat you like family but at Dave’s they do! Raul gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere. He was extremely attentive, patient, knowledgeable, and kind! This location looks out for you and treats you like family. Will definitely be coming back again! Thank you so much Raul!
