First time trying this place after hearing all the hype. Wow! It seriously is very delicious! I can honestly say this is the best chicken I’ve ever had it’s like no other. At first glance the menu doesn’t look very filling, but as a big eater like myself I actually got full. The chicken is perfect it tasted like it came right off a southern bbq grill. The Dave’s sauce is very good too & goes well with the chicken. Fries are a must with ketchup but very savory too. If you’re craving chicken I highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!

I tried tenders extra hot, one below the Reaper. Not to spicy to eat, no sweat. But after a while after having finished the meal, my lips are burning and also some burn in my throat:-) all good. No spice is not so tasty.

My chicken was hot, crispy and fresh but it was a tiny little tender. I went with the extra hot and it barely warmed my lips and faded off. I am comfortable with heat though. I'll try reaper some time.

After so many times of having gone to this shopping center for the other stores, I finally took a chance to come in, and I thought it was pretty good! Staff was friendly, they were really patient with me. Food came out in maybe ~7 minutes or so, so that's pretty standard. I thought it was pretty good! Was reading some of the reviews saying there's no flavor? I don't know, maybe I've become such an old man👴🏻 now, I thought it was good. Not over-the-top. Someone said they barely gave any cheese over the fries? My observation was that they meticulously layered the cheese, so that it wasn't just a giant slab on top with nothing on the bottom. I've never been to any other restaurant that goes through that level of detail to make sure the right amount of cheese is evenly distributed across the fries like that! BRAVO!👏🏻 Shoutout to the 1pm crew! You guys are awesome! Also, for as long as they've been in business, EVERYTHING is clean! Like, not a hint of grease staining the floors or the furniture.

I highly recommend this location due to they’re excellent food quality and customer service. The person who attended me was Andrew and was very friendly and professional.
