I have been a loyal customer of Dave ck but unfortunately, my recent orders have fallen short of expectations. For my most recent order, I requested a single sandwich but was required to wait over an hour, which I found excessive. While I appreciate the efforts of Dasher, who delivered my order in a timely fashion, the contents were disappointing. Upon opening, the sandwich was soggy and cold, and the fries were lukewarm at best. Given the short distance between the restaurant and my residence, a mere four-minute drive, I was disheartened to find my meal in such a state. I hope that measures can be taken to streamline the preparation and delivery process, ensuring that orders are either ready for pickup promptly or prepared within a reasonable timeframe. Dave’s Hot Chicken in Santa Rosa never misses. Every time I have ordered, the food arrives hot—like straight-from-the-kitchen, fresh-every-single-time hot. The quality is unbelievably consistent, and honestly, I’ve never been disappointed. The portion sizes are legitimately worth the value. You actually feel like you’re getting what you paid for (and then some). The chicken is juicy, the spice levels are on point, and the fries and sauces always hit exactly the way they should. If you’re craving something flavorful, filling, and reliably delicious, add this to your favorites!. Highly recommend!

Cheri provided outstanding customer service, she went above and beyond to make our lunch special while celebrating a birthday. She was so nice and thoughtful, had a great experience.

I ordered a slider and a tender, but as soon as I tasted the slider I marched back up to order 2 more. Really good. The tenders are good but the sliders are crazy good. I mixed Dave's sauce and honey, per the employees suggestion, and it was great. Edit: i love that they replied to this review, these people CARE. The employees were awesome, really friendly and helpful. Nice change from certain other chicken joints where everyone acts like they're a zombie. I arrived on the bus in Santa Rosa and went straight to this place, waited for them to open, and nothing about it disappointed. Cool art on the walls too

We had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the staff was super friendly. I ordered the 4 mini slider combo (mild), and my husband got the 1 slider and 1 tender combo (medium) with cheese fries and a top-loaded shake. My daughter-in-law tried the plant-based cauliflower chicken-less sandwich with mac & cheese, and she really enjoyed it—it’s great to see tasty vegetarian options on the menu! The employee at the register recommended Dave’s sauce, and it was the perfect touch. Everything was fantastic—we’ll definitely be back!
