Ordered Daves hot chicken on door dash. My lunch arrived in a sealed bag. When I opened it the chicken tenders were missing. I called the restaurant they said I could come pick them up or come another day and I could get the missing tenders. I can't leave work so picking them up was not a option. I will never order from there again horrible customer service. They should have sent me the tenders.

Love Dave's, but this location was a big miss. Every table was sticky and gross feeling. Bun on sandwich was ice cold. Chicken itself was good. Fries were half fresh and half cold. Customer service was meh, seemed disinterested in providing service.

The cashier/front service is Excellent! Jennifer did a good job. But the fries with cheese that I ordered, had barely any cheese and little fries. This is the 3rd time that I pay for fries with cheese and the cooks pour very little to barely any cheese sauce …. So disappointed…

Place makes good food. Never a problem there. But the store always seems to be dirty. The employees never wipe down the tables during the day. Every time I go to this location, the tables and areas around them are filthy. Trash or crumbs all over and around the tables, and the tables are disgustingly sticky. Also they tend to have the music Blairing way to loud. To the point where i can't even hear the Cashier while takimg my order. I get playing music, but it's obnoxiously loud most the time i go in.
