Finally tried Ben’s Cookies at the Trafford Centre after walking past so many times — and they’re definitely worth the hype! The cookies are soft, gooey, and full of flavour. I went back for a box after just one bite! Great quality and friendly service — highly recommend! 🍪✨

Quick friendly service and nice cookies. Very reasonable prices for a bakery cookie, especially in the location. I don’t understand the hype over these cookies though unfortunately, you can definitely get better tasting ones for half the price. I expected more really after reading the reviews, maybe there just not for me.

The best cookies in Manchester by far. This is our go to stop for desserts whenever we visit The Trafford Centre. You get 7 very large and very filling cookies for £12, which is more than fair. They have a decent variety, ranging from Triple Chocolate to Coconut. My favourite is the Triple Chocolate, followed closely by the Chocolate Orange. Their other flavours are also delectable, so you really can't go wrong.

Went there today and all the cookies looked amazing, but when i ordered and tried to pay with cash the man behind the counter told me it was card only which is completely understandable but he was just so rude about it. He was frowning the whole time like it was my fault he was working on a saturday. Cookies looked amazing though will definitely try next time.
