Bellagio

I love this place especially the donuts which is why I ordered them today for my family, previously when I came into the store the lady that worked there assured us we could select which ones we didn’t want on our online order. I specifically asked for no biscoff since no one likes it and it’s gonna go to waste. So when I saw biscoff I was really disappointed. Donuts from here are really nice.

Absolutely disgusting! Two 12 inch pepperoni pizzas, so, average about 8 slices with a piece of salami NOT pepperoni on each slice..see the lovely photos attached…I did pay you know, it wasn’t free food..I didn’t ask for it for free.. so thankyou for ruining our Saturday night takeout and upsetting my daughter..will never be going there again..not even if they were giving it away for free..stone baked pizzas? What a joke! Hats off to the chefs for the bog standard pizza bases…

Got some box meal and the only decent part was the strips, rest of it wasn't worth anything close to the price.
The parmesan tasted like plain chicken.
The burger was chewy and tiny(used a chip for comparison in the burger pic).
Ate 2 or 3 chips and had to get rid of the rest.
Never again.

Poor all around.
Staff seamed like they didn't want to be there which is understandable (after trying the food I wouldnt wanna be there either).
Food was just not nice to be blunt. The pizza was the best thing they had and that was mediocre at best. The Don box.... should be called the Don't box, absolutely 18 quid no drink, you get a burger which I got a royale, the lettuce was the white parts of the lettuce close to the stem ( the thick crunchy weird part in the picture its the pieces on top of the foil) and the tomato was sliced thicker than both the burger patties. The chicken parmesan was edible I'm the centre parts but the outer parts were burnt which ruins the taste all around. The chips tasted like the potato's were not washed, or they're are old potato's or chips. The strops were absolutely atrocious bit into them they were injected with water or some thing cause they were pumped full of juices and it was not in a good way, I could feel they weren't natural and it was not a nice texture. The wings weren't much better.... all in all I won't be returning especially when the competition on the same road do everything on the menu better.

Just wanna make a correction the best thing on the menu was the Pepsi max I had to order separate to the 18 quid box of atrocities I got.

Shop looks decent, the food is plain Jane.... so bland.... the mayo and chilli sauce is watered down. First time and last time. Their sister company chai cafe is much better.
