I don't know who are these people rating it 3 or 4 stars .it doesn't deserve one .their service is disgusting. My friend took me there today and she wanted to sit upstairs. You guys see pics and tell me. It was around one and they served us pre cooked food .its wasn't fresh at all .chicken was so dry and mainly was bones. Staff was horrible. hygiene is so questionable. She served us food wearing cleaning gloves .They have rotten vegetable basket on the drink counter while customers were sitting there . Their cleaning products were next to drinking cooler and food containers . she was cleaning while we were eating .I was about to ask her stop spraying because we eating, but a colleague saw her and stopped. She hold mop from same gloves and brought us food wearing same gloves . She brought source dish ,source dripping out of it and she hold with same glove .I felt disgusting 🤮 by their behavior and food . Brunt food , dirty knife . I will not recommend anyone. Amazing food. Welcoming, accommodating and friendly staff. First time trying Al Jazeera and I will definitely come again. The guy on the counter was very helpful and generous with taking our order. The food comes and WOW. Value for money! Big portions, cooked to perfection. Even the rice was very tasty. I had no.7, chicken tikka and Kobeda with rice. £15.00. If I knew how much food and how nice it was I would pay £20 and be happy still. Summia gave excellent service.

The food was delicious, and the service was great. The new decorations made the atmosphere really nice and welcoming. Summayah, our waitress, was friendly and always smiling while serving us. The tea was excellent as well. This has always been our first choice whenever we’re in Manchester, and it never disappoints. We traveled far to dine here, and it was absolutely worth the trip. A wonderful place to enjoy a meal!

Worst place to be. Waste of money. Food was not done properly, kababs not cooked properly. Waitress had lot of attitude and rude.
