Big Moe's Diner Wembley

My daughter and I visited here as we were heading to a Guns and Roses concert at Wembley Stadium. I was greeted by friendly staff who sat us down at our table and was impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The thing that struck me initially as a nice touch was the Guns and Roses hits they had playing through the restaurant. It added to the atmosphere and build up to the concert so thank you for that. Food was beyond expectations and everything was cooked to perfection in my opinion. One thing to bear in mind is you order at the till and pay upfront. A service charge is added there and then but I don't begrudge that as the service was excellent when getting the food out and taking empty plates away. We had Cheesy Garlic Bread, Loaded Potatoe Skins, Cajun Onion Rings, I had the Fully Loaded Burger and my daughter had the Classic Buttermilk Chicken Burger. She also had a Chocolate Milkshake and I had the Classic Homemade Lemonade with a large bottle of water. This came to around £75 in total including service charge which I consider great value for such delicious food. We didn't have desert as we simply couldn't eat any more. One thing also to remember is all food comes out together, not starters first followed by mains. I didn't mind this as we were hungry but may not appeal to all.

Stepping into this diner is like taking a time machine to the 50’s. Nostalgic retro vibe, plush leather booths, warm vintage lighting, classic Americana signs lining the wall. Staff are welcoming and friendly, almost as if they casted them instead of hired them. (Thanks Niyati for looking after our experience.) Any classic lover would enjoy dining here. Burgers both beef and chicken are delicious, nothing less, nothing more. Milkshake is a must. One of a kind vibe, could become a large hit if it was closer to the central.

Highlights include loaded potato skins, sticky BBQ wings, and indulgent milkshakes—especially Oreo shakes and vibrant strawberry lemonade. The Big Moe’s Platter and generous portion sizes. While the décor scores high on atmosphere, cleanliness is hit or miss—sticky tables, grime in booths, and overlooked table service have been flagged. Big Moe's Diner pricing is on the steeper side for a fast-casual experience; some feel it falls short of value. Big Moe’s offers a lively, kid-friendly, nostalgic trip with strong milkshakes, crowd‑pleasing starters, and fun décor. If you’re visiting for atmosphere—and ready to overlook the occasional service hiccup—it’s a solid pre-event or family stop. But for food perfection or premium service, it won’t satisfy everyone. Best to go in for the vibe, sweet drinks, and big portions—and temper expectations on kitchen reliability.
