Staff were nice and friendly, and we were seated promptly. Didn't understand why we had to be seated downstairs and then had to walk upstairs again to order when there were only 3 tables, including us, so 1 star was taken off purely because of this . Food was a really big portion and very tasty. We all order different thing like 3 types of burgers, wings, peri peri chicken, kids meal etc and everybody was delighted with their food. The price was very reasonable considering the size of the portions and being in London

I ordered take out. The food was very dissatisfying and disappointing. I wish it was flavourful and not burn food. Literally most of the chicken was burnt. I will add me receipt. They also missed item from my order. The missing item is wrap and it cost £6.50. The location and interior is good. They have a downstairs seating space and upstairs. Still very annoyed.

Even though the restaurant looks beautiful but the service is horrible. The guy at the counter was fixing his hair continuously while taking order and obviously he missed a drink to add on. At the end of the order my wife asked how much, cashier just pointed the card reader 😡. When the food was served they didn’t give us any cutlery and napkins. I had to walk around and look for them. Food test is average. The experience was disappointing. Went to men’s and the tap handle is missing. Almost burn my hand with too hot water. The temperature of the water set way beyond the limit. It should be reported to authorities. But one of the staff member was helpful I think his name was Rehan. Never want to visit again.

I thought I'll give this branch a try after I was disappointed with the branch at Ilford Lane. I have to say, the customer service in this Whitechapel branch is 5 star. They know what they are doing. Lovely decor upstairs and downstairs. Their kitchen is downstairs and therefore they usually seat you downstairs. It is lovely and their Air Con actually works unlike other branches. Food came within 20 minutes. It was on point. Very tasty. The chicken was soft and tender. The spice level was on point. The mashed potatoe was creamy and buttery. Chips were OK and nothing special. The gourmet sauce is so lovely. Not a big fan of the chilli sauce, had too much mint. It was lovely atmosphere. Will definitely visit again.

Food is defo good I would say it’s better than Nando’s in terms of food and price, service on point + decorations and atmosphere, toilet facilities is clean. There is ice/water machine with glasses provided free of charge. The sauces are good but the garlic mayo and hot chilli is 10/10. Definitely will come back. They take cash and card and recently they give discount to NHS staff who have blue light card which is 15% off your bill.
