Halal Reviews for Chicken N Shakes Queens

It's our go-to spot to order halal burgers and chicken mac from last few years. I dined in recently with kids for the 1st time. Their burgers, fries, and Mac chicken tasted even better, crisper, freshly fried. We love their sweet potato fries. We also got chocolate shake and mango shake. Mango shake was missing mango and tasted like vanilla ice cream. Restaurant was not that clean, and the attendant only wiped the table after a group of students left, ignoring a whole bun on the floor. They have 2 tables, not much sitting, I guess their dine in customers are usually students, so they don't care much how clean the area is. Anyhow, good food. I wish they had their grilled chicken and cornado available. Overall, it was a good experience to grab a quick bite with kids while in the area to do groceries.

No frills take out style chicken and shakes place. Great shakes, chicken is crispy, juicy, and well seasoned. The chicken is made to order, so it's a bit of a wait sometimes, but it's good eating for sure. Random flies might pester you in the summer because the food is so fragrant that they wander, but otherwise, good spot for a casual bite of fried chicken

Walked in and immediately noticed probably one of the most beautiful cashiers I’ve ever seen. I ordered 4 different burgers and honestly, they all tasted amazing. The fries were ok, the Mac and cheese was not bad. The sides were tasty but nothing special. The burgers are where these people rock. The pulled chicken sandwich was probably the most unique taste ever. The sauces were very nice too, try them all.

My coworker and & I walked in, I spoke to the host that was taking our order. I said Hi, this is our first time here so I asked her what is recommended. Her attitude and the way she spoke was NOT inviting what so ever. She seemed annoyed and honestly I wanted to walk right out because as a first timer to your place of business thats no way to treat customers. Her attitude after asking her a few questions and trying to reorder turned me off. There was no line, nor was it busy (just myself and my co-worker there at the time) so I'm confused as to why she came off like this. Clearly, Chicken N Shakes does not care about keeping their customers coming back. I decided to try something new for lunch and this restaurant seem like a good choice but after getting my food I regret even spending my money here. The fries were wayyyy too oily to the point that the oil made the fries super soggy and we could not eat it. I tried a few fries when we left the store and I thought they fries were soggy because they began to sweat in the bag but not it was OIL. My coworker and I ended up throwing them out because you can't eat it. As you can see from the photos and video every fry I picked up, oil. I haven't even tried the chicken sandwich, probably won't. Do I recommend this restaurant? Nope.

Beautiful experience. Wonderful food. After a while visited a place which has unique taste of its own. BEST THING ABOUT THIS PLACE. EVERTHING WAS MADE FRESH. Its a fast food joint but no frozen food was reheated but actually made fresh. Fries were just amazing. We ordered buffalo wings, spicy chicken sandwich, fish sandwich and fried chicken. Spicy chicken sanwich was really nice. Loved its unique flavor, bun pickels and patty were all very nice. Fried chicken was served very fresh. Nice and crispy. Overall everyone in my family loved their visit. Definitely recommend this place to others.
