Good food and excellent customer service. I visited Chai Chenak from Philadelphia and I have to say it was worth the drive and wait.
I reserved my spot as I was told it will be busy and yes it was SUPER busy.
Mickey was my server and he was great. He made sure food came in on time and provided excellent service.
Food is good and I would highly recommend this place if you love Pakistani food.
Service was excellent and everyone working there was polite.

Beautifully decorated place and food was great. Two things I didn't like; first is that they have some items which can only be ordered after 5:00 PM. Second is that they automatically added 15% gratuity to the total and then they have an option for the tip.

I don't like any place that forces customers to pay gratuity as they are too greedy. In my opinion server should get the tip based on his / her service b/c I think gratuity entirely goes to the owner and server does not get anything.

Very good food ! Service got slow when rush increased.

Definitely loved it. Food was mouth watering. Desert was awesome and fresh. Chai was love. Ambience was the vibe. It's a Must have thing!
