Theo Thai Bistro in Bethpage is an absolute must-visit! From start to finish, the meal was incredible. We started with a variety of appetizers including the coconut butterfly shrimp with sweet chili sauce, chicken satay with their signature peanut sauce, and the Theo sampler with Thai spring rolls, dumplings, shrimp blankets, and fish cakes—all bursting with flavor. The Tom Yum soup with seafood was perfectly balanced, warm, and comforting. For mains, the pad Thai with mixed seafood was insanely flavorful, but the real star of the night was the Massaman curry with rib eye. The broth, rich with southern Thai spices and coconut milk, was outstanding, and the meat literally fell apart in our mouths. We ended the night on a sweet note with mango sticky rice and chocolate lava cake, both perfect finishes to an already amazing meal. The drinks, including the lychee Thai iced tea and mango mojito, were also fantastic. Highly recommend checking this place out for anyone looking for an authentic, flavorful Thai experience with incredible hospitality.

Can’t beat the food quality and the service. Great Thai food. The staff is very attentive. They have a great lunch menu and it’s a great value. Soup, appetizers, and main dish for roughly 12 to 15 dollars. Owners are very friendly and the place is very welcoming. Bonus: the place is certified halal!

I had the pleasure of eat at this Thai and Vietnamese restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The food was spectacular, with authentic, fresh flavors and perfectly balanced dishes. Each plate was beautifully presented, and best of all the portions were generous! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. My fav food spot. I just wish they could work on their service. They barely pickup the calls and the wait for food is so long now! We go in at our reservation time but get our food 1+ hour later. This has happened 4 times back to back now. I get my food faster via uber eats delivery 🙃

Whenever we have time to visit somewhere in Long Island we always want to eat here. The long drive atleast 30-45 minutes away from queens, is worth it. The food was really good, will be coming back!
