Avoid this place. And be careful everyone We visited for the first time, travelling from another town, and were very disappointed with both the food quality and, more importantly, the owner’s behaviour. We ordered three types of wings — one as a meal (£8.99) and two regular portion (£5.49). The total should have been £19.97 but we were charged £25.49 instead. When we checked the menu at our table, we realised the mistake. My husband went to question it, but the owner insisted the price was correct. Only after checking his system did he realise he had overcharged us. He then refunded only £3.50, when he should have refunded £5 more. When I mentioned this, my husband said to leave it — if someone takes more than they should, Allah will deal with it. What bothered us most was that the owner didn’t even apologise. His attitude was rude and dismissive, as if we were the problem. It was very disappointing, especially because he appears to follow our faith, yet his behaviour didn’t reflect good character. Thank you, owner, for your behaviour — it was enough to make sure we never return.

Price is pretty decent but i guess it has to be since wasn’t the greatest. what looked like the owner didn’t even notice our existence, but the waiter was of good service. The chicken burger was undercooked the wings were okay and the loaded fries were okay too. The worst item was their fake smash burger, it has to be the worst beef patties i have ever tasted in my life didn’t taste nice or fresh seemed, like they bought it from frozen supermarket section that was extremely disappointing. Sadly not a place worth a try or a place i’d visit again.

Heard a lot of good things about this place, so decided to stop by in Luton to give it a try and wow!! wish we had one up north! We had the Club Father and fries with wings = generous portions, decently priced, friendly staff, and a clean, welcoming spot. The whole family loved it. Thanks for a great experience!

This was absolutely rubbish. Before the food used to be so good the quality was amazing before now it’s gone down. When i went yesterday the whole room was cold even with the door shut, the chairs and tables were dirty and had stains on them i felt disgusting even sitting on it and eating my food. I felt like i was in a fridge eating. The appearance of the shop is appalling. Customers are supposed to feel comfortable, warm and able to enjoy the atmosphere however i never felt like that.
