Lovely little discovery... diner feel  chicken place.. everything feeling super fresh and really well judged.. Lots of great flavours and perfect amount of heat. Coming back the next chance we get.  This time was mid evening snack before heading home after theatre visit Another night guessing it would be equally good for more relaxed longer date night.  Good work guys .

The food was really amazing and the portions were perfect. And if you eat in you get free sides which is amazing. The servers were really nice and friendly too. Overall, it's just amazing.
I highly recommend the gruffalo blue burger with the sweet potato fries.

Delicious burgers, got the hot honey with chimichurri smashed potatoes and the special one burger with chips.

Food was great but only critique I can give was as that our burgers came without the sides for 3min and as a chef myself whom worked from honest burgers, fallow, hawksmoor, Dorchester and now a headchef at a prominent contract catering sector I can safety say that the burgers should have stayed at the hot pass which was free of space and wait until the sides were ready to bring the order.

I may be a bit absurd on this matter but 30 years in the industry has taught me some habits which I believe any reputable restaurant should follow these basic guidelines, I understand there was only one front of house and she was amazing,  juggling takeaway, delivery and customer orders. I'm proud of this female front of house staff and she should be assisted in some form of manner.

I had to give the burgers back and entailed the staffs that this should stay at the hot lass ( heat lamp area) until sides are ready, another few min pass and the sides were ready.

Server apologised as one in the service industry is unfortunately droned over and totally understand the situation.

It was not very busy inside restaurant but the delivero orders were piling up.

The burgers were remade and everything came out hot as it should be, I am giving it 5 stars besides the slight hiccup.

Tipped the server as she did an amazing job with such little or no other help from the 4 people in the kitchen, 2 should float around front of house,bar and takeaways orders but what do I know, 2 successful business, an experience in many of renowned restaurants and now cater to over 1,300 people daily with only 9 chefs at hand.

I digress, and peck peck is a great chicken institution,  next time I go back there I will politely ask if all what over ordered come st the same time.

Delicious and spicy, would recommend and only 55quid including tip.

I got the promotion from Open table and made the reservation with 50% off. Ordered a blue cheese burger served with mag n cheese as a side. The burger was nice. Just a bit of a strong taste and spicy. The chicken was crispy as well. I can't believe they do a total bill half price. I ordered a white wine as well that was a good match after the burger. The Half priced bill was very cheap. I will come back and try their sticky toffee pudding.

My long-anticipated visit to PeckPeck! in Hackney Central finally happened — and while it didn’t quite blow me away, there were definitely some highlights.

I went for the Jerk BBQ boneless thighs, which were flavourful and tender — a solid choice. Unfortunately, the “rice & peas” didn’t quite hit the mark, lacking the punch and richness you’d hope for. But the real winner? The chimichurri smashed potatoes. Bold, zesty, and perfectly cooked — they pretty much saved the plate.

Shoutout to the lovely hostess working early Sunday evening — warm, attentive, and beautifully presented, she really elevated the experience.

Overall, PeckPeck! shows promise and has its strong points, but a bit more consistency and attention to sides would take it to the next level. Wouldn’t rule out a return!
