I went there twice. No parking available. Not really participating in Social Distancing. Food is OK. It's nice when your hungry. Cleaning I wouldn't say it's to standard clean. Older youngsters and adults suited to be honest. Not really a family oriented place to go... nor the view is any worth or the comfort. They have high chair at hand. Cleaningness in my opinion NOT so good and handling of food not so great either. At first I saw wearing gloves when handling food but later saw no gloves. The store did participate in the Eat to Help but their prices seem to gone up little from previous I sought to remember. The staff are ok. But not always polite. There is no parking unless after 6:30pm only single yellow line. Do me careful during the day. There sauces regular. No own made sauces. I wouldn't really go back. They do Just Eat and Uber and I think Deliveroo too

De Grill is not just a restaurant but a whole experience. We order food from this little gem for whole family every now and then and its the same amazing experience every single time, staff is really friendly, food is always on the money and not to mention the complimentary drinks that comes with the food which is always a bonus. I think the place doesn't gets the recognition and limelight as it should. All in all highly recommended if u want great food for affordable prices. Welldone guyz, keep up the good work.

Food tastes very nice but sauces do lack a punch. Better to takeaway as the seating area isn't well ventilated and there are no fans or air con to deal with hot days and the heat from the kitchen.

Good food but customer service needs to be improved. Had steak and chops which were really good, unfortunately let down by a strange customer service incident. Order was over £40 so staff gave us a free Pepsi bottle which is standard at these establishments and appreciated, but then, for some reason, removed it from the table a minute later after the manager told him off! Upon enquiring about the strangeness of giving a drink and then taking it away, was told we were given it for free by mistake and the staff member than offered a can of Pepsi to make up for it. Really weird as the bottle must have cost them less than 50p so not worth losing a lot of goodwill over such a small thing especially to customers spending over a certain amount , these things need to be sorted out imo.
