I had ordered my food which was just rice box and they took 30 minutes just to prepare it and give it. People who come after me were being served. Everytime I asked how long they said 2 mins. All the guys that were working at the back were just talking and talking not doing there job. Customer service very bad. They need to train the staff to do there job properly and not just talk and be rude

Incredible food at an unbeatable price! The portions here are huge—definitely more generous than other Pepes. We visited with a group of kids, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Plus, the garlic sauce and peri mayo are absolutely outstanding!

I visited Pepe’s Piri Piri for the first time with my friends on a Tuesday, close to closing time. Even though it was late, the staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The food was especially delicious — full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We even made a short video because we were enjoying ourselves so much! One of the best parts was how the staff waited patiently until we finished eating and still gave us great service. Really appreciated that. Will definitely be visiting again!
