Even though it sells fast food, if you want to grab something quick before a movie or concert, don't go there!! It took over 45 mins to have my order served (just 2 burgers and 1 french fries) and the food quality was not good. I ordered a medium cooked beef burger but it turned out to be very "well done" and the portion of the French fries was not very generous. It's not value for money. The other US fast food chain store in the shopping mall should be a better choice.

Having been to other branches, I knew what to expect and was not let down. Solid burgers, with crispy chicken and a great sauce on the Korean Burger. The wings were a surprising addition on the menu and were nice and crispy. Food arrived pretty quickly as well.

Ate hear Saturday and it was awful. We had to wait 50 minutes for our meal. When I got my burger it wasn't well done as requested and the fries were luke warm at best. However given the time it took to receive my meal I just cracked on. Won't be returning and won't be recommending.

The burgers are OK nothing to write home about. The restaurant wasn't that busy and staff were still making mistakes I was charged for X4 drinks when I ordered X2 received a refund. Chips have to be bought separate as they don't come in any meal offers with burgers which is pretty rubbish just another way of charging customers more money for small portion sizes.
