Came here for dinner with the 50% off during the soft launch. Friendly staff, great service, special thanks to Lisa for looking after us so well. Some items such as gyoza and pickles are not available or run out. I can understand some of the issues in other reviews, but no one forced you to queue 1.5hrs. In any case there's a reason this is a soft launch with 50% off, you can point out improvements, but don't expect perfection! Well done to the team, lots of training going on by the more experienced staff, hope you go from strength to strength and thanks for opening in Ealing!

Great food, amazing ramen broth. Felt like I was back in Japan. The staff were very attentive and listened to us whenever we had issues with our issues. The matcha fondant is a MUST!

Soft Launch Review. We got there early on the first night, the queue was about 15mins. Staff were very friendly, we were two with a baby, and they offered us a table and children’s seat. Drinks and starters came out in good time, karaage was amazing. Ramen didn’t arrive as fast as in other locations but it wasn’t slow either. The ramen was absolute perfection. I’d always recommend ordering hard noodles, so they don’t go soft whilst eating. The egg was incredible, the most flavoursome egg I’ve ever had. Go for the Chashu-men for a real Fukuoka experience. My only complaint is the prices seem too high, if I didn’t get 50% off then I would only come occasionally. It’s worth it for the food, but I’d like to be able to visit multiple times a week not just once a month ;) I think it is sad people have given one star during the soft launch, give them a chance! They offered 50% because of this! I’m sure if you go next week all of the issues highlighted in those reviews will have been addressed. Keep up the good work guys! 🍜

Day 1 grand opening of this new ramen chain in Ealing. There was a queue outside when I arrived at 1730, I waited for around 30 minutes before seated at the bar. The high bar chair was very uncomfortable with no foot rest, apparently this is due to be installed soon. The food was good, although leaning towards the expensive side considering the amount of toppings you get with the standard portion. Very good flavour though. I also had the millicrepe but it wasn't as good as I remembered, it felt dried up for some reason. Maybe it wasn't stored properly? Customer Wi-fi wasn't working, but there is adequate phone signal so you can pay the bill with your phone.

Just had dinner here. It is quite a new restaurant in Filmworks Ealing. Even the wifi is not set up yet. But everything else is up and running. Food good. Big servings. Service is excellent. Staff are nice and very happy to welcome a steady stream of customers. Nice ambience. But the bar stools were quite irritating. One by one kept falling over with a loud noise. The top-heavy stools were badly designed. Someone will get hurt soon if this problem is not looked into.
