So easy to find, just near King’s Cross Station. We couldn’t book a table in the morning, only walk-ins. Excellent service. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating - since we wanted to sit inside, the staff gave us a table outside and brought us the menu while we waited. We waited about 20 minutes. The place is modern, stylish, and nicely decorated. We had the Ricotta Hotcakes with banana and honeycomb butter, and the scrambled eggs with sourdough bread - both were delicious! The pancakes were super fluffy, and I loved how the eggs were cooked. Even though it was quite busy, our waiter was really attentive and kept topping up our water glasses promptly.

This is a great spot for brunch. I have been here before and once more hasn't let me down. The ricotta pancakes are a must, they were fluffy, light and with the right amount of sweetness. We had as well, a perfectly done scrambled eggs, moist and just delicious. The service is quite attentive as well, the water was topped up, at all the time without requesting it. Some people might find this place slightly pricey, but having in consideration the quality of the food is reasonable. This is a busy restaurant, it is recommended to reserve a table. Highly recommended.

We frequent the Japanese branch of Bill's a lot and it's famous for its Ricotta Pancakes. We haven't had it since before covid and was very happy to find out there was a London branch of Bill's with almost same menu and decor. We visited on a Saturday early afternoon with wife and two kids really looking forward to this. Ordered the following - Chicken Schnitzel, this was very disappointing. For £26.5 I expect at least the chicken to be nice, juicy and tender but it was dry and barely any seasoning (subjective) it really needed the large lemon squeezed over it to give it some flavour. - Kids burger, for £15 was pretty bad as well. The patty was overcooked and very dry. It was only when my kid stopped eating to say it hurt his throat that I was made aware but he'd already eaten most of it. So couldn't couldn't tell the staff. - Kids pasta. This was OK. - Scrambled egg and Bread. This was OK. - Ricotta Pancake. This was the biggest disappointment. It was hard, not soft and fluffy. In Japan they always tell us it takes 20 minutes and when we would like it, so it comes out nice and fresh ready to be demolished. Here it just came out with with the rest of the dishes. This review is comparing to good memories of the Bill's that we had in Japan, so it could be a little unfair with our high expectations. It might of been a off day for the London Kings Cross branch. If I had never been to Japanese branch then the worse thing was the dry burger and the bad value chicken schnitzel. Service was good as expected.

A big fan of the hot cakes, lovely fluffy texture. The banana wasn’t quite ripe enough but didn’t affect the dish too much. They also do a great avocado on toast with poached eggs which we added the smoked trout too. The crispy chicken starter was not overly spicy and still allowed you to enjoy the other flavours of the dish without being overwhelmed by spice. Unfortunately it took about 20 minutes for coffees to come. I also assume that because we sat outside maybe service wasn’t as attentive due to the outdoor setting
