Which Wich Tottenham Court Road

The sandwich was filling and there was quite a bit to choose from. The egg and spinach was bland, there was no salt or black pepper. Just solid boiled eggs and spinach leaves. The food is quite steep in price overall, which may be due to the location. The delivery was heavily delayed which was a big downer (justeat).

Came in here on saturday to check if they had vegan options. Seeing they had one with bean (vegan protein!) I ordered the supervegan wrap or whatever it’s called, and only after paying was I informed the spinach wraps finished and I wouldn’t be able to get a wrap after all. I was disappointed but the guy there offered to make me a vegetarian sandwich instead and I asked if there was dairy inside, and they didn’t understand me. I asked “I’m vegan, does the sandwich have cheese or butter” and only then did they tell me there’s cheese in it. They told me they can remove it, and I assumed they would give me the mushroom sandwich (that was the only vegetarian sandwich I could see on the board!) I was in a rush to catch the bus so I ran when they gave me the sandwich and later I opened it at the bus stop. The “vegetarian sandwich” they had made me was avocado, hummus, lettuce and cucumber. That was it. It had no mushrooms, no beans, nothing filling. Nothing that’s actual protein. Even olives could have made it better and filling! Needless to say, this sandwich gave me diarrhea and I genuinely wish I’d asked for my money back instead of getting the “vegetarian” alternative. If you guys don’t know how to accommodate vegans, then don’t put it on the menu!! Super misleading. Don’t recommend vegans eat here.

Great experience! I visited yesterday and enjoyed a delicious sandwich and milkshake. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
