Angrid Thai

Tasty and inexpensive Thai food with swift and friendly service. Food is authentic but if it says ‘spicy’ on the menu (as denoted by the red chilli) it’s nothing like even remotely as spicy as the food in Thailand. You can however ask for extra chillies if you want true ‘Thai hot’. I’ll be returning as have only tried a couple of the dishes here - which were rather good!  Nice Strong and sweet Iced Thai tea.

Salt & pepper squid, Pad Si Lew noodles with prawns & Singapore noodles with prawn.

Both mains dishes tasted really good with plenty of flavour, large portions and they didn’t hold back on the prawns.

The squid starter was a little chewier than I would have liked, but it was breaded well and again flavourful.

The service was excellent. Friendly, attentive and the food from the kitchen didn’t take too long. The kitchen staff were Thai which is always a good sign. Reasonable prices for an authentic experience, would go again.

Authentic Thai taste! The atmosphere was pleasant and the drinks were nice as well. Would definitely recommend.

Angrid Thai — A Hidden Gem in Ealing Broadway! ✨

I recently visited Angrid Thai in Ealing Broadway, and honestly — what a vibe! From the moment I walked in, the cozy and beautifully decorated space made me feel right at home. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and perfect whether you’re out for a casual dinner or a cute little catch-up with friends.

I ordered the Chicken Pad Si Lew oh my goodness — it was absolutely delicious! The noodles were perfectly cooked, with that gorgeous smoky wok flavour you just know means it’s been made with love. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the balance of sweet, savoury, and slightly charred notes was spot on. I swear I could’ve ordered a second plate!

On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent. The staff were super friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and just made the whole experience feel so relaxed and enjoyable.

If you’re in Ealing Broadway and craving Thai food — this place is a must-visit. Great food, gorgeous decor, and 10/10 service. Definitely adding it to my list of go-to spots! 🌿🍜✨
