Almost 2 weeks ago, i had chosen to dine in at this restaurant. This lovely young woman took my order. She was short and had lovely brown hair and a nose ring. The young lady was extremely joyful to take our order unlike the other employees. We asked many questions about the food and she answered perfectly. She made sure we were enjoying our food and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. I would definitely come to this fine establishment again to be greeted with this lovely service.

I had a delicious pumpkin katsu curry with noodles and prawn tempura. Quick and good. Worth a visit or a re-visit. I know I will.

Customer support from Rainbo has really let me down. I was quite happy with the service last month when I attended for the first time. I didn't know what to get because it was my first time, but this young woman helped me. Although I don't remember her name, I'm fairly certain that she had light brown hair and a nose ring. The order taker this time around, though, seemed to be in a bad mood and wasn't as helpful. Like I was annoyed and unhappy when I saw them being grumpy. They misplaced my order as well, which enraged me more as they were acting very obnoxiously. I won't be returning!
