Very poor service, customers were helping each other find seats. We had to tell them them clean the table. Ans the burger was not worth the price at all. My local chicken and chips shop tastes better. And the burger costs £1.50 The loaded chips were really nice though. Definitely enjoyed eating that

The food was great; a bit pricey , but it's Leicester Square. The service is poor. The toilet's dryer was not functioning and no paper towel was provided. When the food is ready you are called to collect it from the reception desk. Hope the establishment improves on customer service if they intend to attract more customers. One good thing is the food is fresh and tasty.

Okay so my friend recommended we try this place because the food was good and it didn't disappoint. I ordered the Mexicali burger, loved it. I'm the side I had the buffalo wings which was alright. Could've been a bit more spicy. Free refills on drinks. Burgers don't come with fries so that's separate. The reason for 3 stars is presentation and cleanliness can be a lot better. Walking in, there were many empty tables but none were cleaned. Either wait for them to clean it or clean it yourself. Waiting time for food is decent, but can be better. Overall, food is 4 out of 5, atmosphere 3 out of 5.

To start off, my and my friends had the worst service possible, the lady at the till with the cap and blond hair had the most disgusting attitude I had ever gotten in my life. The service really put us in a bad mood before we even had food but decided to not judge too quickly, some of the food was okay like the street fries but the burgers were on the cold side, and to be frank we didn’t even finish our food. Skip this place and go else where for better food and service.

Burger Patty was alright, I usually like my meat to be medium, but here the patty was well done and bun was good as well. But there was a lot of juices and spillage because of how the ingredients were arranged in the burger, so the bottom bun got really soggy. But the meal in it self was still fine. I would recommend the street fries, they were really good. But they get soggy over time as well, so best to eat them quick!
