I used to order from here all the time, they were my favourite pizza place. The last 2 times I’ve ordered my usual Detroit style pizza and the base is now a premade focaccia base that has pizza topping popped on and been reheated. I lifted the toppings and saw the fully cooked focaccia dough. Not the original pizza dough that I enjoyed. It basically tastes like bread with pizza toppings. Unfortunate. I won’t be ordering again.

I can’t say enough good things about Crave Pizza! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly services. The pizzas are absolutely top-notch—perfectly crisp crust, generous toppings, and a great balance of flavors. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and everything tastes fresh and made with care. Their sides and dipping sauces are just as delicious, and the portions are definitely worth the price. It’s become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving pizza. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, Crave Pizza is the place to be. Highly recommend! 🍕

Compared to the Brick Lane one which we loved, the visit here was shocking. We were the only customers. There was no welcome. The seating area was filthy. The ingredients they use was left in the seating area including boxes of cheese which you can see in one of the pictures. There is no door leading to the toilet door. The tables were filthy. It's nothing like the pictures uploaded on here from three years ago. They simply do not care enough about people and the freshness of the food they are serving.

I recently had the pleasure of ordering from CRAVE, and my overall experience was quite positive. We opted for the convenience of ordering via phone and later picking up our pizzas. Let me start with the highlight of the experience—the pizzas themselves were simply outstanding. The flavors were rich, the crust was perfectly baked, and the toppings were generous. It's safe to say that the pizzas were truly to die for, and this alone would have warranted a 5-star rating. However, I feel compelled to mention that the customer service, while not terrible, left something to be desired. The staff was courteous, but there was a slight lack of attention to detail that affected the overall experience. It seemed like there was room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and ensuring a smoother interaction during the order and pick-up process. This aspect prevented me from awarding a perfect 5-star rating. Despite this minor hiccup, the exceptional quality of the pizzas overshadows any shortcomings in customer service. If CRAVE can refine and elevate its service to match the excellence of its pizzas, it would undoubtedly be a five-star establishment. I'll certainly be returning for the culinary delight that their pizzas deliver.
