I visited Mala for a colleague's leaving lunch; it was the first time I've been since it became a "food court" of sorts. I got a chicken wrap and chips deal from House of Habesha- look at how stuffed it is! The sauce inside was wonderfully creamy, too.

I had never had Habesha food before. Without a doubt, shiro is the best thing I have ever had. I dont know how I've gone this ling without injera. Thank you Ethiopia and Eritrea, and thank you House of Habesha, for introducing me to something I never thought was possible.

The food tastes great but the portions are diabolically small, £15 for the vegan plate, plenty of bread but hardly any food.

Had such a good time here. The vibe on Saturdays is amazing. And the veggie food is awetentik in every sense. Will come again
