I visit Manchester a few times a year, and I’m always grateful that this restaurant is just opposite my hotel. As a Southeast Asian, I’ve had the privilege of enjoying a wide variety of food across different cultures. This restaurant truly stands out—not only is the food delicious, but the people behind it run the business with genuine enthusiasm, dedication, and joy. The food is not only delicious and with really reasonable pricing, you can truly feel the warmth and love behind every dish. It seems to be a family-run place, and their seriousness and passion really shine through. Their passion is reflected in both the quality of the dishes and the welcoming atmosphere they create. Had the hot chicken tenders, and smash burger both were spot on. Staff were super friendly and the vibe was great. If you’re in Manchester Piccadilly, definitely give this place a go!

We ordered 4 Spicy Dip Burgers, and even mentioned that the order would be outside the door. However, we received 4 tenders and fries instead. When we politely explained that this was not our order, the staff member insisted that it was correct and refused to listen. We were still willing to accept the order, but she raised her voice at us and did not even apologize. When we said we didn’t want the wrong order, she replied, “Ok, I’ll put it in the bin.” I told her to please work on your attitude, and she rudely said, “Kiya kru late jao yaha pe.” When I mentioned I would leave a review, she said, “1000 times kro.” I also asked for a receipt, and she replied, “You should have to ask for it.” This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The customer service was extremely poor, and the way she spoke was completely unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper training for staff on how to treat customers with respect.

The burgers and chicken at this spot are incredibly tender and well-marinated, with generous portions offered at a fair price. The staff are very welcoming, and there are great deals available on different days.
