It tasted like everything had the same sambal taste on 3 of the 4 dishes we got, the sambal had a more of a sweet taste than anything else. I enjoyed the fried chicken, it was well seasoned and hot, the rest of the food was cold by the time it got to the table which was weird, since it didn’t take long for the food to come out. My wife liked the fried squid, they were soft and crispy. Don’t bother with the prawns, they were not worth £12. All the dishes needed some salt. The mee gorang had lots of meats in it and a good burnt flavor. The plates were really pottery but a little hard to eat on.

Went for lunch on a Sunday and there were few tables available for two. The staff is friendly and served us pretty quickly. The food was great. We got rotis, prawn nasi lemak and Char Kuey Teow with chicken. The dishes had the perfect amount of spices. Would definitely come back. Malaysian food is delicious and we need more restaurants in the area.

Good first time at the restaurant. Our server Aisyah was very friendly and attentive. We ordered the ikan bakar and ayam percik both were excellent dishes, reminded me of my time in Malaysia. We were recommended the milo tiramisu and tulang sumsum bakar but was sold out! Will come again to try the rest the menu.

We had the delicious roasted bone marrow in an angry looking curry sauce topped with moreish aromatic crispy onions. The curry sauce was really nice and it is not spicy as it looks! No wonder it is a signature starred dish on the menu.
