Every time I visit, I feel they could be more attentive and efficient. With some improvement in service, this place could be much better, because the food and location definitely have potential. Overall, a decent spot for a good cup of chai, but service needs attention.

The Karak tea is good, and the paratha bread with cheese and egg is delicious. What I liked most was that the paratha is prepared in a unique way, so it's not greasy or heavy at all. The location is excellent, close to Harrods and other shopping. The service is good, but the prices are a bit high. It's worth trying.

The atmosphere and service is amazing. I only ordered karak chai to be honest I can say it was disappointing 😞. Too bitter as if it has been left on the stove for 3 hours. I haven't tried any food to be fair.
