very good service, waitress been super nice, helpful, informative and active.
Good burger's, good size and cooked as ordered but slightly messy. Nice view from the window.

1) onion rings too dry.
2) not everything available from food and drinks menu.

Unusual that staff, including supervisor not fully aware about business loyalty program.

Honestly cant find a complaint. Amazing quality food, great service and just a generally brilliant experience! Filling portions and overall just great quality!

The burgers are outstanding especially the sweet potato fries... I come for that again and again. Not to mention the milkshakes which are just amazing!!!!

Dylan was absolutely delightful! As soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly made welcome. We sat by the big window near the back; he was very prompt and well spoken in how he addressed us. Food came out very quickly and was absolutely delicious. We were consistently checked up on and well looked after. Great place, thankyou Dylan

Cole is soo amazing! Super lovely and helpful. A real asset to your team. He made our meal even better than the usual amazing standard. Cole's your go-to if you're after a laid-back, enjoyable experience.

The chicken used for burgers is Halal and is cooked in 100% rapeseed oil in a fryer specified for chicken only, however the grilled chicken used for salads and kebabs are cooked on the same grill as the bacon. The beef, lamb, and venison are not Halal. GBK does not offer Halal Grilled Chicken as an option.
