+ very good service, waitress been super nice, helpful, informative and active. Good burger's, good size and cooked as ordered but slightly messy. Nice view from the window. - 1) onion rings too dry. 2) not everything available from food and drinks menu. Unusual that staff, including supervisor not fully aware about business loyalty program.

Was there on a Sunday night, hoping to get a quick dinner. But I guess that was the wrong day to visit... the staff seemed running behind in term of orders and some of them were steaming away for a while... The young waiter at the counter also prepared the drinks and serve orders... he was quite honest with a few patrons about the wait for food, and apologized so many times that I was actually feeling bad for him. When the food finally came, it was actually not bad at all... so really hope whatever troughs they met that day they could overcome it soon.

The best burger place in Cambridge. I always get the mighty as their beef patties are amazing and love the fact that I can choose how much I want to cook such as medium rare or well done. The patties are so fresh and juicy, literally taste like just got out of the grill and all the ingredients are fresh. Definitely prefer steak-cut chips as the skinny ones are way too small and tiny. Refillable drinks are a great deal too. Staffs are friendly with quick service. It’s bit pricey but you won’t get disappointed if you want a real nice beef burger.

It’s our first time trying out this burger shop and we’re loving the vibe here. I would come back. The food was so delicious & what a juicy burger! We ordered The Rocketman & Hey Pesto based on Katherine’s recommendation. She was our waiter that evening. Before we ordered, we were given the pesto & hot sauce to try out. Immediately it convinced us that we should definitely try out these burgers.

We are regular visitors. Love their milkshakes! 16march22: went again today and the milkshake was only half the glass! Like really? Why have a mammoth size glass when you are only going to fill it half. I couldn't complain because of the company I had. Disappointing!
