The food was excellent and delicious—the samosa tart was a visual delight! Some service aspects could improve, though. We were with kids and requested a soft seat with more space, however this cannot be arranged, as it felt a bit cramped and wasn't kid-friendly. For the birthday cake, staff mentioned it might take a while if ordered through them from the downstairs cake shop. So we headed down, bought it ourselves for efficiency, and handed it to the manager to add the birthday message when serving. Unfortunately, they missed it, killing the surprise. They had to take it back to the kitchen to add on the message, and serve again. It would be much better if the celebration cake serve correctly in the first time.

This was the day when I wish I have a bigger appetite than normal - every dish was worth having. Twice. Samosa Tart was such a unique take on an Indian classic; the taste was authentic with a play on texture - a lot of thought was put into the ingredients and how they complement each other. As with the Old Delhi butter chicken, the sauce had everything tangy yet lightly sweet, spicy yet so smooth. I’ll admit I filled some of the sauce onto my plate and had it just by itself. Don’t judge, you’ll do the same if you try it! Grateful for our host Monica who patiently walked us through the menu and how they continually evolve it through listening to what the customers like. Nice bit of history and context that made the night extra special.

food was so so good!!! everything so rich and flavourful and MAYBE they decreased spice level for us BUT it was a nice level of spice and complemented all dishes well. i LOVED the fish curry - the fish was so fresh and the sauce was so good for dipping asw. butter chicken was good as expected; my dad rly liked the burrata palak one but i was not as big of a fan; beef cheek was delish as well - so soft it's unreal. only complaint is that the chaat is a bit dry vibe was super nice too and the service was really good! i will be back to eat again

Top tier Indian cuisine in Hong Kong! We had the lunch set menu and everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The food was more spicy than I had expected but it was still enjoyable and gave a nice flavourful kick to my taste buds. Moreover, the waitress was very attentive and took her time to explain every dish’s cooking process as well as its flavourful profile. Furthermore, the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and relaxing which enhanced the dining experience. To sum it all up, I highly recommend this culinary experience!
