Absolutely love this place. It’s my go to spot with my friends just to have some quality shisha and relax. The staff are lovely! The shisha, drinks and desserts are all fab. My friends and I haven’t been to many Shisha places so I always recommend eminance to them for the relaxing atmosphere. They always ask to come back. Thank you for always taking such good care of us. I’ve been a regular at this shisha lounge for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best spots in town. I come here 3–4 times a week, and every single visit is top-tier. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming — perfect whether you’re looking to chill solo, catch up with friends, or unwind after a long day. What really sets this place apart, though, is the incredible team. Mubin, Jamil, Saj, Ashfaq, and Asad always go above and beyond to make sure I’m looked after. Their service is consistently outstanding — friendly, attentive, and professional. They’ve truly made this place feel like a second home. The shisha quality is top-notch, with great flavour selection and smooth smoke every time. I’ve tried plenty of lounges before, but the consistency and service here are unmatched. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great vibes, quality shisha, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience.
