Dujour

Ordered a few times from this place and customer service and delivery has not been up to standard.
This is the 3rd time ordering the pistachio kunafa strawberries and them being mushy and poor quality. Contacted the business previously to complain of this and was advised that they would get back to me but I was not contacted with a resolution. Sadly decided to give them another chance and really regretted it. They put a couple of good quality strawberries at the top and put mushy old strawberries at the bottom. Disgusting.

I ordered a hot chocolate and was really disappointed. The cup was only about 3/4 full, and the drink itself tasted more like warm water than hot chocolate. I drank it because I needed something while revising, but when I got to the bottom, I found a large amount of unmixed chocolate sauce. It clearly hadn’t been stirred properly — something you'd expect to be done. Overall, a letdown.

You would think that an order which has only 2 items in should be easy to remember. How wrong I was.
I ordered a Nutella cookie dough and they gave a raw Nutella and milkyway cookie dough instead. (According to the family members who ate it, as I refused to)

If the staff are so incompetent that they can't get such small orders correct, they shouldn't be classed as fit to work. Talk about ruining your day because the company couldn't train their staff to check orders before delivering.

To add to the shambles of this company, almost £10 for a cookie dough that doesn't even get you a scoop of ice cream with it. Disgraceful scammers charging such extortionate prices. I expect this place to shut down soon. Time will reveal everything.

Absolutely shocking. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I ordered the Dream Cake and it came running with melted double cream instead of whipped cream – it was a complete mess. On top of that, they charged me more than the actual listed price. When I called to complain, the woman named Zaiba couldn’t handle it professionally at all – she got defensive and started arguing instead of helping.

This isn’t even the first time. Last week I ordered a hot chocolate and it was absolutely shambolic – tasted like warm water with barely any flavour.

Don’t waste your money or time here. The quality has gone downhill and the customer service is even worse. Waste of money, waste of taste.

I have been a repeat customer for dujour many times, the past few times the service and quality of desserts has been horrific. Dujour is a place where my family used to order at least once a week and over the past few weeks we’ve had problems with the staff, the wait times and the products being served. Firstly, the food is almost always cold regardless of us waiting 30-40 mins for simple orders like cake. Secondly, every single time i have been to dujour regardless of paying cash or card the staff ALWAYS over charge me. Lastly, the customer service is disgraceful. It seems the owner has not trained staff  to deal with complaints from customers. I ordered some cakes and pancakes; pancakes came cold and dream cake was runny not how it is usually made. when we called to discuss the issues with our order the staff got defensive with no apology, to how our order was delivered to us. We also ordered hot chocolate a few weeks back and not only was it watery it was cold and the staffs response was ‘thats how hot chocolate is made’. At least if u have one staff on site teach them hot to handle with complaints. Dujour is disgusting and should not be recommended.
