While there is no doubt that the quality of their food is excellent, I was disappointed by the service during my visit yesterday. The staff member who was taking orders was quite rude to customers and repeatedly went to the back to spit, which was extremely unprofessional. The staff should be polite and welcoming, especially when interacting with customers. If the management is unable to hire better staff, it might be wise to reconsider operations altogether. This review is intended as constructive feedback for the management. Aside from that, the food remains fresh and delicious.keep up the great work in that regard. Consider this advice for improvement. 👍

Was it Deens delight.... Manchester is the place of the spicy chicken burgers, no doubt. When a new establishment opens, I need to check it out. That's only if I'm in the area. How did Deens spicy chicken burger stack up against all the competition? It was a good tasty chicken burger freshly made. Not as spicy as the other chicken burgers I've had. Burger isn't and big as some of the other competitors. Chips were standard, nothing special. Did I enjoy it? Yes without a shadow of doubt. The spicy sauce had a more flavourism profile, than heat which made it more tasty to eat. Deens is in a good location, parking not an issue and they have seating which is nice. Overall I would say worth trying.

Young man with glasses needs to check the orders made by customer matches the receipts and what theyve ordered. Foods always fresh however this is the second time I've gone home with a random order. No point calling in to explain as they all seem to have lethargic attitude or don't answer the phone. Just a heads up to anyone ordering from here. Check your order. Like physically open it and look at it. Dont trust their word for it especially when there busy. I only eat off the bone so can imagine my frustration when I opened up my tray to see chicken leg.

Just went into Deens to try their new spicy chicken burger after seeing it on their socials and I was pleasantly surprised to see the results! The bun to chicken ratio was perfect and it was also nice to have a spicy dipped chicken burger without being drenched in orange hot sauce which then makes the bun disintegrate and fall apart. The burger had a good kick to it and leaves your mouth tingling with the spice after every bite! Great addition to the menu for deens and can't wait to come back! Also they have swapped their fries for chips which are much better! Spicy chicken wings are fire as always!
