What a lovely and charming little place to visit. The owner (Sarah) is delightful and the toasties and sweet treats are simply lush. Definitely worth a visit, if you are in the mood for a good coffee and a sweet treat.

I usually visit Cocoa Cabana in Ancoats, but I recently started going to their West Didsbury site as well and I absolutely love it! Even though it’s smaller, it has such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot for an afternoon tea or even for getting some work done on my laptop while sipping on their unbeatable hot chocolates. The selection of cakes and bakes here is amazing - there’s truly something for everyone! If you go, you have to try the Tiramisu Cake - it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had. So light, creamy and full of flavour!

I am absolutely appalled at the customer service received by the manager. Booked a groupon voucher back in march for afternoon tea for today. Upon checking the address to arrive it came up that the ancoats branch was permanently closed. I called the only available number which was for the West Didsbury branch. Waited for a call back from the manager who point blank would take no accountability for the error, blaming groupon and ourselves for not checking social media to see that they had closed down ancoats 10 days prior. I suggested the possibility of us having the afternoon tea honoured at West Didsbury without Prosecco as I had 2 little girls ready and waiting to go. The manager point blank refused and told me that in this current climate she was not willing to do this. At this point I questioned her priorities to her loyal customer base to which she responded that ‘everybody runs their businesses differently’. As a long standing customer of this brand, I am absolutely shocked by this level of ignorance towards customers.

On April 6th. I had my birthday afternoon tea at Cocoa Cabana West Didsbury and I had the loveliest time!! The food was excellent and my nieces chose vegan and they loved it . There were 15 of us and the staff were so friendly n helpful. We'll be back for more!! Thankyou. X

Such an pretty place serving absolutely delish food, atmosphere 10/10, service 10/10 and the staff were so welcoming and friendly would definitely recommend trying
