Ordered on Uber eats, there was an issue with the rider, he didn’t collect the order. I called the store to ask them to remake the food when the rider returned (1 hour later) they told me it’s on the warmer, which was fine however I asked if they could at least redo the chips when he arrived and was told it’s not their fault and the food will stay on the warmer, was it my fault that the uber rider didn’t collect? As paying £50 for a meal and for it to be sat ready for 1 hour is not acceptable, staff need training on customer service. Tried to contact the store online and haven’t received a response. Poor service and didn’t get any food in the end because the order was cancelled.

Best chicken spot in the northwest. More than ten visits and not a single dip in quality. Always worth going out of your way for. Start with the Classic Ville and work your way up… the flavour build is deliberate. The X Burger crowns the menu… hottest on offer, not for the faint hearted, clean heat, no bitterness. Ignore the fake 1 star reviews. Check the contribution history and the pattern is obvious. The real signals come from repeat visitors… and this place earns them.

Ordered once the munch box as I’ve seen it on instagram and it looked delishhh - O M G it was soooo gooooood!!! Chicken is cooked perfectly, it is a bit on the spicer side but nowhere near inedible, I like spicy anyway and you do have an option to go without it soooo all in all if I could give 100 stars I would ☺️ ordered again now can’t wait for it to be delivered hehehhhhh

Great value! Beware though – spicy really means spicy. Cleo’s combo box rocks, and the kids loved the loaded fries. They have tried most of the other bits too, but wow, it really burns! Would be great if they had a 50:50 version of the combo – half spicy, half not.
