I had visited My Shish - Woodford yesterday with a friend to celebrate both of our birthdays. Originally, we had booked for a table upstairs but because the weather wasn’t great we requested for one downstairs. The manager and employees were nice and accommodating and the manager himself said we can still go upstairs later to take photos. As part of a surprise for my friend, I ordered a surprise cheesecake with sparklers on the booking and they were able to deliver this service really well. Also, my friend wanted to surprise me with the same thing so they gave an extra one on the house which was really kind, allowing us to celebrate our birthdays together. In terms of our meal, we both got the same thing which was the lamb chops with rice and a pina colada. The food tasted great and we really enjoyed our experience. After, when going upstairs to take our photos, the staff kindly carried our dessert plates up for us so we could enjoy it upstairs. Everything at the restaurant was accommodating, spacious and the service was really good. Definitely will come back again.

Gotta say I was very impressed with the service and quality of the food here today. Shah on the door told us they were actually getting ready for a private event but they very kindly seated our table of 7 anyway! Our children were delighted by the friendly approach to them and their playtime, and the quality of the Adana and chicken shish really blew us away. Everything is freshly made in house, even the bread, which was excellent. A great lunch out!

I recently visited My Shish Woodford and had an amazing experience! The food was incredible — especially the Smash Tacos, Wagyu Burger, and Mix Grill Sizzler. The mocktails were refreshing, and the shisha was smooth and relaxing. The atmosphere was elegant yet cosy, with great service throughout. Definitely one of the best Mediterranean lounges in the area — can’t wait to visit again!

We had a very disappointing dining experience. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and waited at the entrance, ringing the reception bell multiple times with no response. Eventually, we walked upstairs only to be greeted in a very unprofessional manner. It took the waiter nearly 15 minutes just to take our order, and we had to repeat it three times before it was correctly entered. Starters arrived after 30 minutes, and the main course took over an hour to be served. Drinks only came when we requested the bill. The food was equally underwhelming — starters were average at best, and the mains were below par with stale buns and overcooked beef patties. No condiments or even water were provided. The only positive aspect was the parking and overall ambiance. We had planned to stay for dinner and shisha, but the poor service and disappointing meal completely ruined the evening. A total waste of time and money — would not recommend.
