Delicious food in a beautiful setting with great service. I only didn’t give 5 stars because it was extremely cold inside because all the doors are kept open. I understand that during these Covid times we want to stay safe but it doesn’t really make sense that people sitting outdoors with heaters are warmer than people sitting indoors. That has to be looked at. The food overall was delicious. Not sure how it’s fusion however. It felt more like elevated Indian food instead of the advertised Californian Indian fusion. The drinks were exceptional and delicious. The best part for me was the desserts. I highly recommend to take a second to look at the dessert menu and ordering a couple of things. We got the saffron ice cream as well as the passion fruit dish. I will be recommending this place to friends and family. Note it’s quite an expensive place to have dinner. We went for a Christmas celebration and ended up spending +$100 per person.

Beautiful interior and loved the atmosphere! This restaurant has a great variety of Indian entrees, some with a Californian twist. We came for a friends birthday so we were a large party of 11. The service was excellent and we didn't have any issues. We ordered several dishes and none disappointed. We were seated outside and the heaters helped keep us warm. Hope to come back soon!

Fabulous!!! This is coming from someone who knows Indian food. Amazing food and the ambience is electric. Need a reservation to eat here. Definitely deserves its Michelin recommendation. Save room for their creative desserts 😋 My only suggestion for the establishment is not to rush its patrons. Our table wasn't ready once we arrived and once seated, we were promoted to order everything at once as they were already doing last call.

Looking for an upscale Indian cuisine experience with unique cocktails and amazing small plates? This spot meets this criteria and more! I went here this week with some business colleagues for drinks and dinner and we were all impressed. The food is amazing, they have indoor and outdoor seating with a beautiful setup (and two floors where you can see down onto the floor and bar). The food menu is a California take on Indian food with unique small plates. Think Indian food but in smaller portions and beautifully presented. The cocktails are also meant to compliment the food. With several of them have floral essences that go well with the spicy, meat, and vegetable based entrees. We were really impressed with this restaurant. There’s a large parking garage next store. Make reservations at night and try to sit outside, the vibe is really nice. Upstairs can get a little warm too, so just a heads up.

We had a satisfying meal at Ettan, pleasantly surprised by how grounded the place felt despite all the hype. Food was elevated but still tasted like what you may cook at home. Prices are high but still lower than many similar restaurants. Service was the highlight, we were among the last patrons to leave and there were some tireless servers who remained energetic until then. If there is one area where we could give feedback for improvement, that would be the presentation of the dishes. You come to places like Ettan expecting some out of the world plating, which was not the case. A pretty home-like experience overall.
