Selale is such a beautiful restaurant. From the atmosphere to the food, everything was absolutely amazing. I visit Selale often, and this time there were eight of us as I brought my friends along for their first experience of Turkish food. I am happy to say they were not disappointed at all. It was also a special occasion for one of my friends, and the team truly went above and beyond to make it memorable. They even arranged a cake for her, which made the evening feel extra special and thoughtful. It was a lovely touch that meant a lot to us all. The food was absolutely beautiful, full of flavour and perfectly cooked, and the service was genuinely top tier. A special mention to our waiter Emrah, who was outstanding, attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our table throughout the night. I honestly cannot fault Selale whatsoever. Everything was lovely, and all of my friends loved it just as much as I do. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be back again soon. ⭐

Door-to-door kindness and service, just like being hosted by a Turkish family. The warm and competent service started right at the entrance, and there was never a “no” to any of my requests. I ordered the Turkish breakfast, which is world-famous and often rated as the best breakfast in the world. I truly enjoyed the traditional spread with sucuk, olives, different kinds of cheese, börek, and more — and of course, unlimited Turkish tea. I can highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience genuine Turkish hospitality and delicious food. Great job, guys 👌

We had a wonderful experience at this Turkish restaurant. The platter we ordered was presented beautifully, and flavourful. The meats were tender and juicy, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is also very lovely. I came here before for the İskender Kebab - I highly recommend that too.

Visited Selale Restaurant recently — the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly throughout our visit. The food overall was good and nicely presented, but the chicken shish was unfortunately quite dry compared to what I expected from a place with such strong reviews. The total bill came to £181 for three people, which felt a bit steep for what we had, especially since portions weren’t overly large. On a positive note, they did offer complimentary tea and baklava at the end, which was a nice touch and left a good final impression. Overall, a decent experience but not quite worth the hype or the price.

The food was simply amazing! We got both of the large platters and it served 12 people (kids and adults). The flavors were delicious. 10 out of 10 recommend!
