A very pleasant, solid 3star hotel. Courteous receptionists, personnel. The garden facing room was comfortable, clean, well maintained, quiet, large by London standards. The bedding was comfortable. Bathroom is working well, nicely maintained. Common areas are clean, reasonably well maintained. Location is decent, in an area filled with decent eateries, museums, parks A definite contender for repeat business.

We always stay here, and welcomed everytime we come back, staff so welcoming and helpful. Nothing to much trouble for them. Including the maintenance man. Like home to home for us. Bedroom are so good comfy beds,and in breakfast room Sabbir is always there to help.us both.all staff are great. See you soon

It's a basic but clean hotel. Rooms are very small (like uni dorm rooms). Also room sound insulation is poor, you get woken up if you neighbour flushes the loo. It's pretty bland but OK. Breakfast was good.

Clean comfortable room. Great buffer breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Fantastic value for money.
