Ordered delivery and they forgot the chicken. Basically £8.50 rice with peas. Customer service absolutely useless. Would only refund the chicken and didn’t even seek to get a new order sent out. Save your cash. Nandos showing signs of utter decline and no quality.

I have been to this branch many times with friends and family. About two months ago in June 1025, I was here with my family for afternoon lunch the food was great no doubt and we ordered the bottomeless drink which you fill as many time as you want but when I went to fill drinks for myself and family and I noticed that in the middle of the drink filler and ice box that there was spider webs and spiders moving around. Please have your restaurant cleaned before opening. Thanks

The best nandos meal so far, we are very regulars but today lunch was very satisfying, chicken was cooked to perfection, and the service from Nassim was outstanding, we had some issues in the past at different branches but Wembley made us forget about it. Thank you guys.

Great location, friendly staff, fast service, delicious food. During the day it's not very busy, but evenings are busier. You must try their cheese cake, it's amazing!

I had a disappointing experience at Nando's Wembley today. Despite ordering a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides and specifically requesting a breast piece, my order was served with a leg piece. The staff's response was unfriendly, and when I inquired, I was told they were running out of breast pieces. The manager, Helen, initially claimed they had none but later offered to make a new one in 10 minutes. The leg piece I settled for was undercooked and tough. The overall service, taste, and quality were all subpar. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this Nando's branch due to the poor experience with both the food and the staff. 1 star for service, taste, and quality.
